All good.... but also suffers the same problems as in many other hotels. Can they manage the queue better for the eggs station during morning buffet breakfast. As it is open, guests tend not to queue or know if there is the line. And the poor chef is taking orders from left and right and can be annoying if the chef starts taking orders from others instead of the guests who have been quietly queueing up....

The hotel is located along the prettiest coast. The huge park is just 1 minute across the hotel. Really! There’s a playground, skater park and lanes for running/ scooter. The hotel is very pretty, rooms are clean and quiet. Nicely renovated. Our suite comes with a living room, 6seater dining table and a side kitchen. Really friendly for families. My girl enjoyed her stay so much! The plus point is the pool, the kids pool comes with 2 slides and shower “mushrooms”. It is so fun!

The hotel location is very convenient and hotel provides shuttle service to Gurney Plaza. Stayed at the room with Bay View for 2 nights. The room is new, clean and spacious. Staffs are really friendly too. Enjoyed the stay there.

Clean modern hotel with efficient and helpful staff. Hotel facilities were really good. The free shuttle to the night market was also a bonus. Well positioned for access to George Town by cab but far enough out to feel calmer and more relaxed. Good eateries within walking distance.

I like the decoration, cleaniness, service of the hotel and politeness of hotel staffs. I like it facing the sea and the hotel is walkable to good reviews eating place along the sea front. It is also connected to a 2nd storey high shopping mall in which not much of food options. I dislike shampoo unable to retract from the container and the staff of house keeping did not repair/ change it. I also dislike the traffice flow in that area because the area tend to have traffic jam when returning to the hotel.

Good location on Gurney Drive. Hotel has high quality fixtures and fittings. Hotel staff could do with more training in being able to answer questions clearly, providing better service, and more attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was a huge disappointment - very poor quality and service. Overall, good hardware, poor software (staff)
