"Staff are helpful and friendly and close to the attraction. Lots of restaurant is nearby.
Something can be improved, the WIFI some sometimes is not working when in the room and no USB plugin on the bedside.
The experience is excellent and the breakfast at the restaurant is delicious

"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location.
things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"Good hotel and nice location. The room is big and I like the free breakfast too. Within walking distance to many eatery and it’s in the UNESCO area so nice to walk around
The room comes with a big king size bed,chairs, table, wardrobe and coffee tea making facility. Downside is not many channels to choose from, the bed is a little hard and room is very dusty. When I go into my bed, I can see lots of dust flying around.
Bathroom and amenities are good. AC is good and cold. Overall a good hotel...

"When we checked in we do not check on the access card because we expected it to work. But we went out and came back at 12:30am and we cannot enter. We called the front desk and no answer. We knocked on the door, hopefully someone could hear us but no one came down to open the door for us. We waited for about 30- 40 mins. Then, what can we do? We saw the gap between the door and the button is just located at the side the door. My boyfriend forced the door to open and I have to use a pen to press...

"The room was clean. when we got back to our room in the evening, lemongrass oil was lighted, be it to give good scent or to prevent mosquitoes.
The staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast provided is worth the value.

"My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train."

"Maybe i was late, but my breakfast experience was not good. Went down around 9.30, i had to queue before i got a seat. The food was so so. That's why I wondered why so many people eating there and took so long to leave"
