"We did not feel this property was a good value for the price. We stayed at many different hotels in larger cities on this trip that were much nicer for the same rate or just a bit more. The breakfast had very limited options and we paid for parking that was outside the hotel on the street, although there seemed to be a garage under the hotel. "Super 4 star hotel! Service way beyond what is expected in the Czech Republic. Delicious and nicely plated meals in the restaurant, although it’s not a big menu. Breakfast was good with many options. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom with shower was nice and recently renovated. Adjacent to the hotel is a wine gallery. "Nice hotel overall. It has a restaurant and bar. I ordered beef for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to have filet mignon placed in front of me. A good size bathroom with the typical small shower stall. Not a lot of power outlets, also not uncommon. The staff was friendly, although the night desk person didn't know too much English. "There are no billboard signs or even a sign that direct you to the hotel. You would be lost completely even if you reached near the hotel & yet you would not find it unless you walk down or drive down a path which has no signs posted for hotel. Even other guests had the same problem trying to find the hotel. The front desk staff called Petra is a really rude woman. I don't think they employ people with any professional training to serve guests in hospitality industry. They probably employ people...
