"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"

"Very clean, comfortable room with complimentary drinks. The front desk and pub staff were helpful and friendly, very accommodating. The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. "We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."

"I recently stayed at this hotel in London and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the restroom, there was visible mold on the floor, to the point where we didn’t feel comfortable stepping on it and had to stand on a towel. That alone made the stay feel very unsanitary. When I went to the front desk to clarify about the room, I explained that I had accidentally booked a handicap-accessible room and asked if it would be possible to switch to a...

"A fantastic hotel with one of the best breakfasts - the bacon was top quality, thick and meaty 👍. Hubby was impressed to find poached eggs as part of the buffet and everything was piping hot (which is often not the case in other hotel buffet breakfasts). The whole property was in excellent condition and we found the room to be very quiet (even though the hotel was basically full). "
