"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Staff were lovely and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable and the area was great too. Would definitely stay again if I went back to KL!"
"I had a pleasant stay at the suites The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing visit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again."
"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL.
Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance.
The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good.
Thank you for providing service."
"Good property and about a 25 min walk to petronas twin towers. The property definitely needs a major upgrade however. The electronics are outdated and the beds are really firm. Overall good place to just come back from excursions and rest. WiFi is suitable enough for streaming"

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
10/10 Excellent
"The Mandarin Oriental sits beside the Petronas Towers in KL. The hotel is large and welcoming, the staff very pleasant and attentive. The hotel is right beside the mall and close to other hotels in the CBD making it an ideal stay. Highly recommended hotel in KL"
"Amazing trip made even more with our stay at Hotel Stripes. Staff are the most helpful and accommodating especially Towfiq. He tirelessly made sure we got booked to Hop on Hop off. He even went out of his way lending us his credit card first just so we can book. Imagine? Oh well…. Is that is not kindness I don’t know what it is"
"My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view.
The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL."
"I could not of wished for more. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities were simply amazing. The evening we stayed at the hotel we used the spa facilities and the outdoor swimming pool. In the morning we had a full breakfast and left the hotel having had a wonderful nights sleep. "
