"Great location excellent service"

"Daniel front doorman was amazing !!! Definitely come back when in London to stay here. Great location Great rooms Great drinks Great service"

"There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay."

"Excellent location"

"We just recently stayed there on September 25-27. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff was great. The location was amazing. I would highly recommend it."

"Fantastic hotel"

"Very excellent hotel and spa facilities."

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."
