The hotel was amazing. All decorated throughout, the bed provided the most comfortable nights sleep we've ever had at a hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is very like a comfortable family home The day we arrived we were early and had to wait 50 mins before our room was ready but this was offset by the cosy bar off reception The receptionist was a little curt upon our arrival but as we were in no hurry i wasn't to bothered Throughout the rest of the stay all the staff were very friendly, considerate and helpful

The hotel is a gem. It is situated in the Mayfair area, which is very nice. We’ve stayed there a few times, although it had been a few years since our last day the property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. like most older hotels the rooms can be a bit small and that is really the only downside to this property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This was my third time staying at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful-getting taxis, and service inside the restaurant for breakfast, for example. And they were accommodating to my special request to have a room equipped with walk-in shower. And the breakfast offerings and dinner at their Butler’s restaurant were excellent.

It was a charming place to stay and a great location near Buckingham Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the bar and the piano player! I enjoyed a few nightcaps there listening to him play. The room did have a couple of quirks. The phone would light up (no noise) for no reason some evenings, for example. Not a big deal and not a deal breaker by any means.

This hotel is better than I ever could have imagined. The service was phenomenal and started before we even arrived. They truly care and take amazing care of their guests. The hotel was spotless, the decor was amazing. I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME to London. The food was also amazing. Major shout out to Maina for making our stay extremely special.

The Chesterfield is a beautiful hotel in Mayfair in a wonderful location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and close to Green Park and Buckingham Palace. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar and downstairs piano bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A slight inconvenience was my room (301) was adjacent to a pass through utility room that the maids use but noise was only the case during daily checkout.
