"Segunda vez que ficou nele. A região é um pouco vazia, South Bank tem muitos escritórios, mas super segura a beira do Rio Thames. O hotel é sensacional, elegante e o café da manha é o destaque. O único ponto é o bater das portas `a noite, mas isso é educação dos hospedes."

The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the sauna and steam room due to limited availability, as this would have made our stay even better value. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the great service throughout. We look forward to returning!"
