"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. "This is one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly. The food and drinks were good. They were amazing with kids, the pool was beautiful and kid friendly. The location was awesome for what we wanted.

"Room was spotless, bed was giant and comfy, the hairdryer is powerful, toiletries were lovely.
The TV didn't work very well, the shower was quite cold one of our days and the room could do with some glasses for water.
Overall we had a fantastic stay."
