"This was my second time staying here. I love this hotel. The rooms and staff are great. The hotel is in a great spot to make exploring London by public transport or by foot easy while also being in a more quiet location. They have a nice breakfast as well. I hope to be back again soon!"

"Loved the location and the graciousness of the flat. A bit shabby chic but it enhanced the overall feel of the apartment. Modern kitchen was appreciated. One note is that if one has any mobility issues, it’s a high step in and out of shower and can be a bit tricky. Thought the experience was just lovely."

"Alles super! Gute Lage, ziemlich ruhig, Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Metro, Bahnhof und Busbahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben von dort eine Busfahrt nach Oxford gemacht.Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr groß, dementsprechend viele Gäste. Jedoch gab es alles, was das Herz begehrt und es wurde ständig wieder aufgefüllt. Frisches Obst (Ananas, Melone und Obstsalate), Eiergerichte, Brot, Brötchen, etc. Einfach perfekt."

"Second time to stay here. Very nice hotel in excellent location. Room was nicely furnished, large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. Restaurant and bar were excellent. The bathroom was a bit small, but that may be a function of the available space in an old hotel. I wish the room had a dresser to place clothes during a long stay. Just a couple of small drawers in the closet."

This will absolutely be THE hotel we choose for all of our future London stays. Absolutely wonderful service - anticipating needs and going above and beyond. The amenities are outstanding. We were celebrating our 37th wedding late and they left us a beautiful (and delicious) chocolate cake in our room. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. ...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block...

"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Chelsea. It is tastefully appointed throughout. We stayed in a king room facing Codogan Square which was lovely. It was immaculate and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, sitting area and complementary soft drink mini-bar. The bathroom was nice with ample towels. Slippers and bathrobes were provided in large closet. We had breakfast in the dining lounge overlooking the garden. It was lovely. There were plenty of options available from...
