This hotel has a great vibe. Rooms are nice. We had an issue with our third bed but the hotel did what they could to recify the situation as quickly as possible. Staff was very friendly! Great walkable neighborhood.

This was a wonderful place to stay near the Tower Bridge and London Bridge Station. Many excellent coffee shops and dining in the area. The room had a fridge, stove top, washer /dryer dishwasher, and wonderful wall of windows for light and air (609) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, showing us our way to Bermondsey and beyond. Highly recommend. Also excellent common areas and work space. I hung out on a lounge chair but I was on vacation so didn’t need common working areas. Truly enjoyed thanks to all!
