"Old-school elevator takes a long time to arrive; not ideal if in a hurry, which means carrying luggage up or down flights of stairs. Check-out process was long and tedious because of a discrepancy in the price showing up in the hotel's system; the manager worked to honor the price shown on the invoice I received at the time of booking which was lower than what I was being charged at the time of check-out."

"I’m not sure what the VIP benefits is you speak of. Everything was wonderful. Right on top of pack for community weekly entertainment, and Farmers Market. Only 2 miles from new casino. And local to good eateries and services. "
