"First things first. The staff was very very nice and deserve the 5 stars I gave them. With that being said, the facilities were awful. The room was sub-par for the rate I paid. I should have just stayed at the nearby Best Western and would have had better accommodations for $88.00. Instead, I paid ..."
"The ranch is a little hard to find on Google Maps as we were driving over in the dark after viewing wildflowers in Anza Borrego- it's actually opposite the Warner Springs Ranch gas station. We were saved by an alert and super helpful security guard who spotted us! The cottage is small and cozy, with ..."
"There is only one con about this hotel, and it's that there are dog kennels nearby and depending on where your room is, you will get to hear several dogs barking up a storm starting at around 4:30am. I was on the 9th floor, and it was easy to hear. Also there is some rumbling from the airplanes going in and out of the airport, but to me it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, I very much enjoyed my stay here. I brought a small dog with me, who loved every minute of his stay. There is a pretty large grass area just beyond the roundabout at the front of the hotel for my dog to do his business, and there is a bag station there for easy cleanup. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean. Parking in their garage was very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and the shower/tub was awesome. It's a 4 star hotel and that's exactly what I would have to give it. Thank you Westin!"

"My experience was a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Few minor issues on maintenance. TP holder had fallen off. Bathroom fan had a high pitched whine. AC had a weird squeaking noise when it turned off. Food in the restaurant is a bit pricey for what you get. "
