"The room was clean and convenient location ~30 mins from kings canyon. The restaurant was amazing, we ate there 4 times during our 3 night stay. Everything we ate there was delicious, even when they forgot to put avocado in my avocado and bacon breakfast burrito, it still tasted great. Staff was very nice and helpful especially Lisa. "The ac doesn't work. They provide fans and ice packs. That don't do anything the room was 86 degrees upon arrival and smelt like mold. The person working said they would give us a refund. And never responded the following day. Spend the extra few dollars and stay somewhere else or avoid this area all together "

"Very beautiful cottage by a creek, enjoyed the stay for three nights, just a hiccup checking in. When we arrived at 4 pm, It was raining and the office is closed, and we have to call to get checked in."

"We will not be returning. The front desk is only open for a few hours in the morning and before our stay started we called multiple times and never got an answer. Once we were turning in for the night we pulled the linens back to find a dead bug smeared into the sheets as well as random small stains scattered around. Once we called the after hours number someone came and told us “welcome to the country folks” and was very condescending. The room was also insanely dusty and an allergy nightmare....
