"Very nice property and within walking distance of the beach, the Del Hotel and many good places to eat. We had a rental car and ended up finding parking on the street to save the $50 fee. Had to do some moving around but easy to find some free places. We had a unit on the busy street so that was not ideal but location is hard to beat."

"The grounds are beautiful. The resort is on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. It’s close to grocery store, a strip mall with other food and coffee options. It was nice to have it so close especially having a condo to be able to make coffee or cook if you choose to. It is a little dated, but very clean in the pool is great!"

"I wish we could choose the floor we wanted to be on. Theres no way to choose our rooms. We are 4 elderly ladies and could have used the extra room to have had moved around in. But overall we did have a great time at this location. Some rooms get garage parking while othets get street parking. Parking close to the Marbella is not always possible. Again the deck was very nice, we met some very nice people. Trevor the property manager was very nice. We did a lot of walking to get familiar with...

"What a great stay we had over the weekend! The property was exactly what we were looking for, it's great for our family of 4. The only complaint we had was that the property is a little outdated. The window in the loft did not stay open so it was very warm up there. The shower upstairs was leaking from the shower head, so we just used the downstairs shower and the battery in the smoke alarm in the bedroom kept beeping because it needed to be changed.
