"My only negative was that we paid for the premium Airstream suite, and the pics on Expedia don't match what we had. The room felt run-down, and the toilet didn't work. That said, the staff were super helpful and friendly. I guess I expected that there was something that would make "premium" stand out."

"Pictures online very deceptive. This is a very old hotel. The description of a balcony is quite generous. I had a sliding door onto a concrete pad with a fence separating you from a loud bunch of machinery. Definitely not a place you would want to hang out"

"We stayed in an Airstream suite for one night. The staff were kind and friendly.
The room itself was not bad, but the skillet was greasy and covered with ash, and the cutting board clearly had leftover food residue from previous use. Additionally, the blanket stored in the sofa bed seemed used—it was wrinkled and had a noticeable odor.
Unlike some reviews, we did not have issues with the air conditioning, though there was some noise.

"This is an absolute gem. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel instantly relaxed. This is not a luxury property but they’ve done an excellent job focusing on the things that count to deliver a great, peaceful experience. Bed was comfy, grounds and view were lovely and breakfast was good. My friend enjoyed her massage, ranking it toward one of the best she’s had. It was a great experience and I would return."
