"I have stayed at several hotels downtown San Francisco and this hotel is my absolute favorite. Beautiful nautical style interior that is cozy and welcoming. The staff is phenomenal with front doors being opened for you by a doorman, front desk, restaurant, and bar staff are so friendly. The hotel restaurant food was also surprisingly delicious for breakfast and dinner, it was far from the typical hotel food. Compliments to our waitress she was incredible.
