"Don’t bother, The property is old tired and smelly. I asked for a room change as my room smelt of stale urine. Was eventually offered another but that was just the same. There isn’t any soundproofing so you can hear everything. Not a nice place to stay, if there had been anywhere else nearby we would have left The restaurant menu was extensive but what you got wasn’t what you expected. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. "Pros: Large room was very clean when we arrived; delicious breakfast; bikes; mist machines at the pool; excellent margaritas. Cons: Lumpy uncomfortable beds; thin walls; dirty A/C and bathroom fans; pool water, pool deck and loungers not clean; gross smell in hallways; understaffed restaurant. Overall this is an aging property with bright paint and furnishings to mask its imperfections. The price was fair but we were not very comfortable."
