"We loved this hotel! It was close to almost everything, with things like Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square about a 10-15 minute walk, and the added plus is the Walgreens right across the street. The rooms were cleaned everyday and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with storing our suitcases and helping us around the city. The leisure areas around the hotel were awesome and very fun! I would 100% stay here again!"

"Jose at the front desk was wonderful and made our check in process so smooth and easy. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The property itself is amazing. So close to everything in Palm Desert and the rooms do not feel like a hotel you feel like you are in a home away from home. So spacious and had everything we needed."
