"We have stayed here several times, this one just wasn't like the others.... Our villa had water all over the floor upon waling in and it took almost an hour to get us into a different room. The manager was not pleasant to deal with. Love the property just not happy with the staff this occasion. When you spend this kind of money, I expected a little more customer service."

The room had a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the beautiful decorations and furnishings. The staff was also very friendly."
