"All around favorite place to stay while in Palm Springs."

"Pros The hotel was clean, organized and welcoming. The location was the best part. Right next to the zoo, balboa park, and walking distance to restaurants. I liked the room separation for bedtime. Cons: Parking - it wasn’t clearly stated in posting that it would be $50 a night for self park and $70 for valet. The drive way for self park is intense. It is a very tight and windy path. There were A LOT of scratches on the sides of people hitting their cars against and I felt dizzy doing that...

"Great property. Amazing rooms and pool. Only complaint was a small ant problem in the ground floor rooms and no regular housekeeping. If trash were emptied each day that would probably help. Also better communication on amenities like morning coffee would be nice. Would stay again."

"Beautiful hotel, located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe with shopping and hiking right there. There was a live band in the center of the mall on Friday and Sat nights. Lots of activities, a kid's center and a small restaurant. Our room had a full kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a large sauna/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard."

"Older hotel apartments. Like walking in to your grandparents place. Pretty used and will have to be updated. All was functional but worn out Nice location and easy walk to the beach and grocery stores"

"Our room at the Lodge would be perfect for summer or winter as there is a nice fireplace. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The balcony had a nice view of the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a play place for kids and friendly ducks to feed. It is close to everything you could need but is isolated enough to be quiet. I would highly recommend it!"
