"Our room was not ready, had to wait for a text. The location was nice, with full kitchen and patio but too hot to fully enjoy. The staff were friendly but we noticed very poor communication within their resort. When we called for a shuttle to the pool we were told someone was on the way. After waiting for 10 minutes in 100+ degree weather we flagged down a passing maintenance person who radioed for us. The driver said no one had let him know we were waiting. "The rooms were clean and spacious with all the amenities a family traveling with little ones needs. The bbq grills were clean. Plenty of pools. Shuttle made everything easier. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. 10/10 recommended"
