"This is really an extended stay hotel. It’s very modern and beautiful but there were some issues. First of all, while the floor to ceiling windows were lovely, they offered no privacy unless you closed the shades all the time. It’s surrounded by apartment buildings and from the street, you could easily see into the 3rd floor. In terms of cleanliness, there were several things that were disappointing. The shower curtain was moldy. The sink in the bathroom made a bubbling sound like a cauldron...

" The carpet is dirty, and the drapes are horrible. Also, there seem to be a lot of homeless people in the hotel."

"First time in 30 years we did not get the room we asked for. Place seems like it hasn’t been refreshed in a decade. The room next to us kept opposite hours from other guests - hence we didn’t sleep through the night once in nine nights, and hotel would do nothing about it. Turns out they had been there almost 30 days. Seems the place is being used for temporary housing. "

"Great location to everything!! City view was great. It literally felt like a home away from home. I was amazed at how big and roomy it was! So spacious, it literally had an oven, when do you see that? Staff was virtual/ remote but still super helpful. AC was great, bed felt amazing. I am def coming back when I need to stay in LA"
