"Manager not helpful and defensive when tasked with a simple problem, almost like he is just there to tend to his own personal business. "While the room was technically as described, it was very old. We were on the third floor and had an "ocean view," however this just meant a small sliver of ocean in the distance. The curtains for the balcony didn't close all the way meaning that your intimate activities are seen by the entire outside (we used a clothespin to hang them together). The worst part was the noise. The walls seem paper-thin. We could hear small children yelling and people walking right outside our room at 7am waking...

"The property location is ideal and central to so many things in San Diego. It’s walkable for coffees and dinner and on saturdays you can walk to the farmers market in little Italy. The property is well maintained and has stunning amenities, pool , sauna and gym ehich is both indoors and out. Our room was huge and had everything we need.
