"非常に便利でコスパの良いホテルです。ダウンタウンの中心部にあり、グランドセントラルマーケットにも、大型スーパー（Whole Foods Market）にも徒歩圏です。部屋は十分に広く、フルキッチンで大型冷蔵庫もあり大きな食事用のテーブルもありました。欲を言えば食器がもう少し種類があるとさらに良かったです。湯沸かしポットがあると便利です。 駐車場も周囲に複数ありました。我々の部屋は３階で大通りから反対側でした。窓の外は１ｍ向こう側が壁なので、眺望を気にする人は向かないですが、静かでした。またシャワーの水量も十分でした。時期にも寄りますが、機会があればまた、予約すると思います。"

"1. Noise was pretty bad. Lost count of number of sirens I heard. Felt like I could hear everything going on around me. 2. Found a bug flying in my room the first day. Killed it. Found another one flying the next day. Something bit me on the lip while I took a nap. 3. TV in the living room, but there is no TV in the bedroom. 4. "I have stayed at the Coral Reef many times over the years. It is a classic 1930’s/1940’s motel so things are a bit old. But the price, value, and location are great for a traveler who enjoys a place with character and history. The website suggests they have a “business center,” but they do not have a room with a computer and printer you can access. But the staff at front desk were very helpful and printed out my conference papers for me. I had a great stay"

"Not enough parking spots for all 30 units. There are 23 spots which means some are forced to look for street parking which is very tight. The kitchen could use some instructions on how to use the espresso machine & the oven."

"It is a nice property, the room was clean, kitchen was a plus and bathroom was good too. You can listen to other apartments very easily and during the weekend it is especially noisy around, but during the night it was more quiet overall. The beach is 10 steps from the property, rooftop view is beautiful. The onyl thing that was hard was using the washer and dryer, it is only quarters and it was really hard to find places to get change or get support from the hotel to get to use it. I had a...
