"It was a good stay "

"I did find the shuttle from the airport but not because of the hotel. I messaged them numerous times to ask where to catch the shuttle. Never replied "

"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."

"We have stayed here many times for our Disneyland trips. It is a no frills hotel thta gives us a place to sleep, which is all we need. However, this is the second time we have stayed in a room on the first floor and the flooring is horrible. It is a vinyl rolled flooring that has a wood floor print to it. In the heavy traffic areas from the door/entry area, in front of the bathroom to the "bed area" the flooring has detached from the sub floor. It is cracked and very uneven causing tripping and,...

"Check-in experience was great and the staff was friendly. Shower had the least amount of pressure we've ever experienced at a hotel of any sort. It also sprayed from all different angles, getting the bathroom floors wet. :( Although we tried to tighten the shower head, nothing seemed to help. Bedroom was spacious, clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. If we stayed again, I'd call ahead and make sure the shower in my room is going to be working better."
