"Front desk staff was very rude. The young girl at the front check in desk was unprofessional and needs some customer service training. Our room keys were not working. Every time we left and returned we had to get our keys fixed. The young rude girl said the system kept messing up. The housekeeping and grounds staff were amazing. Very helpful."

"I booked one queen for two days. Never received a email confirmation booked. Called Motel 5 to confirm the reservation and there was NOT a reservation on the books. So drove 2 hours to find out that the Motel 6 had two rooms reserverved in my name which I called my bank to get reimbursed for them. I will NOT be using this site ever again.!!!!!! Had to book another hotel 5 minutes away from my convention site."

"I read the reviews before I booked and those people truly lied. Do not stay here. First you can not check in until 3 pm on the date know min before unless you will have to pay extra $22. While checking The front desk person was very very rude. I got my room and when my wife went to use the bathroom there was feces on the toilets not in it but on it. I went to go tell the rude front desk person. I also ask her can I switch rooms. She said se wanted to call the house keeping person first and...

"Not the best the worse"

"I just mainly use it to sleep and the only thing I do not like was the stained in the bathroom and a dead fly. The bed was okay. I dont like the bathroom because its filthy. Parking was okay and its close to restaurants and stuff. Staffs were amazing and helpful."

"Our stay was wonderful! The staff was great and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location itself is amazing with beautiful ocean views and a great place to relax. We were able to walk down to the beach and enjoy the outdoor bonfire. The rooms are super clean and the bed is great. Highly recommended this hotel."
