"Think property could use resort style games for families such as oversized Jenga, checkers and maybe ping pong tables. Only one pool and hot tub doesn’t fit the status for offering rooms that can hold up to 6 people. Families need more activities. The happy hour social time is a great addition. Our floor had stuff stuck to carpet in room by trash can. Thinking about room allowing pets but only have carpet is a let down. Great serve breakfast but family thought wasn’t cooked well Like it was in...

"If you’re staying for one night to be close to the airport then it’s worth it, if not then definitely don’t recommend."

"The check in to the hotel was very easy. The hotel property was dirty, the only nice party was the rooms facing the beach. The room was spacious but the furniture was very dusty and the carpet was very dirty, to the point where my socks were black from walking around in the room."

"1st day went to office to decline room service came back from breakfast and room service was being done. 2nd day late check out was approved 1 hr. Went to breakfast came back 30 min early but room key wouldn’t work and all my belongings were removed including my medicines. Each time office said Sorry as if that’s gonna solve our issue. We are very disappointed with management."

"Air conditioning and heater was terrible very noisy. In regards to shuttle service it only starts from 5am. I had my flight at 6am so not useful. I had to book an uber. Combine that cost I could have stayed in Hilton. I think shuttle service should be 24/7 when closer to international airport."
