"Clean rooms and Breakfast were great! Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I have is that noise the weekend of June 19-21st was so noisy in the evening when the families with the baseball players returned in the evening, they were very inconsiderate when it came to making loud and yelling noises that could be heard throughout the night, until 2am, even the adults were loud in the courtyards around the hotel rooms. "We booked this property as a transit hotel. The free shuttle was punctual, which we were happy about. The property is close to SFO airport, but in need of some TLC,quite run down. The beds were comfortable, and interior of room was clean. Front desk staff were adamant that check in was 3pm, not a minute earlier. We arrived at 2.45 and ourselves and other guests made to wait until 3pm on the dot, seems a little excessive! It met our needs and the price was right."
