"The view was incredible and absolutely amazing! We stayed in a regular room with a queen bed and it had all the amenities we needed. We even had streaming services as well. The staff was super friendly and they made our trip even more special for mine and my husband's 5 year anniversary by including a sweet note and bottle of wine to share as a complimentary gift for our celebration! We are definitely planning our next trip here again and cannot wait to take the whole family!"

"The cost is affordable, for that reason many people book it, the issue is that people disrespectful and talk loudly at night or early morning. This is my second time in the hotel, and I have heard dogs barking, when I believe is not permitted to bring dogs. The loud voices at night was a little bit of an issue the first time, though my second time was not that bad!"

"Stayed for a week. Didn’t have room service till the last day. Staff said that I needed to have requested housekeeping, but never verbally told me at check-in that I was to request housekeeping in order to have my room cleaned. Also found myself running down to the office every day after returning to my room and finding out that the key didn’t work. Sometimes several times a day! Quite an inconvenience, only to be gaslit by the staff!! By the end of the week. I would just walk into the...
