"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this resort. Before booking the tent, I specifically called and asked whether it included a heater because I was traveling with my 6-year-old child. The person I spoke with assured me that the tent had a heater and all the amenities we would need. At $150 per night, I trusted that information and made the reservation. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., we discovered that the tent had none of the amenities we were promised. There was no heater,...

"When we arrived at our cabin, we saw that the oven and stove were out of service. There was no communication for this and kinda threw off all of our meal prep. The inside was pretty clean. The lake view was ok. But I am upset at the lack of communication especially because the kitchen is advertised in the listing."

"Excellent stay! I loved our cabin. It had a beautiful view, and my family really enjoyed spending time surrounded by nature, the river, and the majestic redwood trees. It was peaceful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to create family memories. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide daily housekeeping, including room cleaning and fresh towels each day. That would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!"

"Wonderful cabins clean and well equipped, quite a nice setup for a cabin in the deep woods it’s quite a treat. Very nice area to chill, and many places to explore , north Yuba river easy access everywhere on 49 and wild plum rd beautiful river access right by the inn. 5 minutes to Gold lake highway , numerous lakes and spectacular views of the north sierra butte. So much to see and do. No tv but who needs it, the only thing to be aware of is that the closest big grocery store is far from sierra...

"The cabin was very nice. Unfortunately there wasn’t much for me and my family kids to do. They mentioned in the website that there were fun activities such as a pool, the pool was not working, it was very hot and the pool would have made it more enjoyable . Also, they mentioned there was basketball courts they were very old and no balls for us to use . Also it said there was miniature golf we did not see any clubs to be used. The beautiful scenery was a plus. We didn’t see a petting zoo. We...

"Great staff, clean and cute cabin. When raining or when snow falls from the surrounding trees, it can make a lot of noise on the roof which can disturb one’s sleep. "

"Room was ss listed, a studio cabin. Restsurant on-site is unbelievably good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The best part is the lake. It boasts the most breathtaking scenery you could imagine. I can't wait to get back to the Convict Lake Resort"
