"Great location - Walkable to many city spots. This is a bare minimal place, but cannot be beat for the price - if you are looking for a simple bed and shower and don’t plan on spending much time in the room. This is the place. "

"Beautiful quiet location close to the area of Acadia we wanted to visit. I was unable to use my chair at dining table. There was bolt missing. I reported it and didn’t worry about it since short trip. But the noticed my husband chair was also missing bolt. Not major deal but found it odd that both chairs were not secure for usage. "

"Beautiful sunset views and nicely renovated accommodations. Easy parking and quick access to Petoskey and Charlevoix. Felt more like an inn than a hotel with its lakeside charm and convenience. "

"Everything about the staff, housekeeping, and the guests, were all wonderful to me. "

"The room was small but very comfortable! I was a li'l worried about the shared restroom, but was happily surprised at how clean and available it was. All-in-all, just a lovely location within the old city. Would highly suggest a stay there!"
