"The check in and check out process was so easy. Although many of the rooms were recently updated, there were several areas of the room that were missing paint, the white chairs were stained and it seems like some of the exposed drywall was just painted over without repair. Housekeeping was also knocking on our door quite early in the morning which if you plan to be in bed at 8am is a rude awakening. Outside of that, I love the location, it is away from the busy crowds."

"2nd time staying here and this place is great. The staff is all knowledgeable and kind. Is it a 5 star hotel? Not necessarily but it’s trustworthy, clean, and i’ve never had an issue. Close by to a lot of food places and convenience stores. The room itself is all we need. Free wifi, Heat, and it’s private. If you need a place to stay without hidden fees come here. "

"This accommodation was beyond our expectations. Our room had 2 dbl beds, plus a large sectional. We were pleasantly surprised that not only did it have a lovely electric fireplace in the main area but another one in the bathroom aswell. The jetted tub was the icing on the cake. Stayed 2 nights during new years"

"Heron House was adorable. Very nice room; great shower. We are so glad we stayed there. Note: there are two Heron Houses - this one is the Court; the other one is a bit larger. "
