The wait staff, house keeping, casino employees, the people working the rewards desk, the people working the front desk, and the security patrolling the premises have always been very informative, very helpful and always willing to lend a helping hand. Rooms, showers and area where we were able to get our rides to different areas of Las Vegas are all excellent! I would like to say thank to everyone at Excalibur for helping my family have a great stay!!"
