This is an absolute GEM of a property in the middle of South Beach and retaining all of it's architectural small scale charm while providing a safe and quiet place to retreat to at night after great food and entertainment less than 5 mins away in all directions!

Our front desk staff was so great! I don’t recall their names but they made the stay super worthwhile. Loved the complimentary wine on the patio during happy hour! Will stay again in the future.

Walk to the beach. Very nice rooms and accommodations. All new super clean. Nice help around. There's a nice courtyard that's private to grab a cup of coffee in or a lemonade. It's close to the beach very short walk and they'll give you a towel as well... I really love this place... It's where James Bond would stay after he retired.

John was an amazing host at the villa. He helped us find some great places for food and drink that were less touristy, and was great to visit with during happy hour. Our room was pretty small and was in need of some minor repairs, but was great as a place to sleep and shower. We would stay there again, but would request a king size bed instead of a twin and full size.

The room was clean and nice. Property has a great South Beach location, just 5 minutes walk to Ocean Drive and famous beach, though it’s not in the middle of it, and tuck in the safe corner. If you’re looking for a a quiet place to stay, which is away from busy area with all it’s activities, you’ll like this hotel. Reception lady Jennifer was very accommodating with any our needs, and provided excellent service. I would come back to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, hot water in the shower was very not possible to turn on. Early check-in (before 3:30 pm) $60 dollars. No exceptions. Otherwise very nice hotel with great friendly staff.

Very nice & close to many eateries.

My husband & I stayed for the night prior to cruising. Our room was comfortable & clean. Front desk man (sorry, horrible with names) was fantastic & recommendations for local eats was FABULOUS!!!! Room is updated, some small areas (corners) in bathroom but overall its very neat & clean. Only "perfect" people will complain. We found our room quite comfortable & clean. We will definitely use this place again!!!!

Scam artists - stay away

They stole $60 of my security deposit due to pre-existing damage to my room which I reported to reception. The towel rail was broken on arrival in room 201. They said it was their policy to charge guests for the damage even when they've reported it as pre-existing. That is called fraud. I won't be the first person they've tried this with. Cleaning in the bathroom was virtually non-existent: when I arrived there was a fake eyelash stuck to the handle of the tap and it had not been cleaned off 2 days later, so I cleaned it off myself. This makes me question the thoroughness of their cleaning everywhere else. I'll be honest, my first thought before any of the above happened was "I don't know how this has been rated 4 stars", it's simply not anywhere near that quality and needs a little TLC before I would even put it in the upper tier of 3 stars. To the good points: the bed was comfortable, the shower was fine, and the location good. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else, there are lots of options at this price point.
