"This inn's bath tub looked somewhat gross having black marks on the bottom. I got a room in the second floor requiring me to carry luggage all the way to the end of the building to access stairway and dragged them back to the front due to the building layout. The reception staff could use more training to be welcoming. The morning coffee was actually good but the office wasn't open until 7AM."

"Lobby is very uninviting. Looks cheap. In order to get ice, needed to go to office where they reach in a chest freezer and gave ice from store bought ice bags, bnaged on concrete and poured some in the container. Room smelled of deodorizer. Bathroom was clean but if it was remodeled it was done very cheap. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Clean room, plenty of towels and wash rags! The staff are only there from 4-10 (at least during the week while we were there) which was a bit frustrating. The room was cute! The hot water sucked though. Took about 5 minutes for it to get hot enough and then when it did, it was super finicky about being adjusted. But overall- I would be here again in a heart beat!"

"This was a small - non-chain owned property that was well managed and maintained as well as being clean and comfortable. I discovered the second morning that I was there that I had a flat tire on my rental car. The staff was very helpful in getting the tire aired up and directing me to the closest tire store to get it repaired. I recommend staying here if you are visiting Yellowstone. The TV service could have been easier and simple, but who cares when you're on an adventure?"
