"Once checked in, we called the hotel to ask if they had a microwave oven in a commons area, we were told there wasn’t. Upon checkout, we saw a microwave. There are no microwave’s in the rooms. Dirty bathroom, shower drain clogged, toilet bowl detached from the floor leaking water onto floor. Someone else’s fake eyelashes came up with dirty water through the clogged drain during shower.
