"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"What a fabulous property in London’s Earls Court area. Calm, quiet, extremely clean, well appointed, perfectly comfortable beds and super quality linens. Most importantly, a hugely helpful and accommodating team of guest focused staff. The private garden an absolute treasure in London. A total holiday feel while on a business trip. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). "Ein schönes kleines Hotel nahe der Subway Earl’s Court. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber modern, Safe, Klimaanlage, Fenster kann geöffnet werden. Leider war unser Doppelbett sehr schmal und auch etwas kurz. Es war ruhig, nur wenn im Zimmer über einem nachts ewig hin und her gelaufen wird, ist es störend. Wir haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es - mit Zimmer mit einem größerem Bett - wieder buchen."
