"Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere. "

"It was a nice stay for two nights. There was a spider in my room the first night, not sure where it came from.
Bed was pretty comfortable. No major complaints.
Liked the sky window, but the blinds need to be cleaned or changed as it's very dirty.
Breakfast was conveniently delivered to my room."

"My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. It was updated nicely but was small and you had to go through the outside bar to get to the rooms. I only saw the staff when I checked in. Not sure if anyone was there overnight, but it didn’t seem like it."

"Manager was not helpful with towels. Sign in the room indicated to hang it on your door for service. She told me they didn’t do that here. Why was the door hanger in the room then? Very rude told me I’d have to wait until morning for bath towels so we had to use hand towels for drying after showering!"

"We have been working remotely and traveling for 12 months and this was literally the worst stay we’ve had. The carpet was so disgusting that we didn’t remove our shoes. The “kitchen” was bare and broken. The only redeeming quality was a good bed and clean linens."
