"When making the reservation, it stated "breakfast included" however, it did not appear on my itinerary. I contacted Expedia who were unable to resolve the matter. It took over 24 hours to get the remote control for the TV. Most of the employees were very helpful, there was one worker who seemed uninterested and came across as being rude. Beyond that encounter, the room was very well presented. The "bespoke" iron furniture was lovely and sturdy."

The breakfast buffet could use some more substantial variety of items, but the drinks menu was superb with their selection of teas and the teas themselves being awesomely tasty delightful."
