"The Pelham sets the standard for boutique hotel service in London. From the gracious front desk staff and knowledgeable concierge to our bartender who crafted one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had, every interaction felt genuinely attentive and personal. The entire team went out of their way at every turn — when they noticed I did not eat the eggs from the buffet, the kitchen didn’t hesitate, delivering fresh scrambled eggs without missing a beat. That kind of above-and-beyond service makes you feel like a welcome guest rather than a room number. And after a long day exploring the city, we retreated to what may be the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Add a prime South Kensington location steps from the tube, and this place is simply outstanding."

"We stayed in a deluxe room , was surprised to find the room had only a shower and not a bath 😒 Although the rooms are clean , the corridors and room smells old and fusty, leather chairs in dining area are well worn which is okay but tears and holes in the leather and very uncomfortable, breakfast was very nice, with a good variety fresh food. Staff were attentative and nice to approach."
