We were a family of 5 in a single suite which was hard to find in the area. The room was clean but shows its age. Some sockets and lights did not work and the door would not lock till they came to remove the door seal. Otherwise convenient location.

Great location for museums and tube station opposite makes everything very accessible from here. The room was great, very clean, plenty of room, good shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was poor, whilst the selection was pretty good the food was cold every morning.
