The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (they helped me get last minute show tickets on my most recent stay). Great room - quiet with wonderful amenities. "

"The property was great! Loved staying here for 6 nights. The hotel was amazing and close to all popular attractions. You could you just walk 5-25 min max to visit Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham palace, London Eye, 2 min walk to tube, Harrods for shopping etc. We had a great buffet breakfast but it gets repetitive after some time though. The snacks and drinks in the room are complementary. Amazing staff, especially Beena (hope I got the name right) Stay here and you won’t regret it. "

"The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to meet our flight needs. The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be amazing when they finish. Despite the current construction, the staff made the stay worth it. I also love this location in London. Nearby tube access makes any siteseeing close, but this neighborhood is quiet and chill. "

"We booked this hotel as it was next to Kings Cross - 5 minutes walk. It was booked late at night after BA cancelled a flight at Heathrow. We arrived after midnight and check in was easy and efficient. The room was ideal for what we wanted and it was very reasonably priced."

"The rooms are large and well appointed. The beds are hard but very comfortable. Everything you need is there in a small boutique hotel. "Walking distance to sites and metro station 5-10 min walk. Grocery store next to hotel. If you don’t do the breakfast at the hotel there a bakery/coffee shop within 5 mins walk called Gail’s. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again."
