"This hotel was beautiful! All features in the bedroom were so throughout and useful. The staff were so friendly and willing to help out with anything. The bed was so comfortable and dressing gowns in the bedroom added to the luxuriousness of the hotel. "My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch.
