"Photos tell a whole story… The hotel itself has an unwelcoming atmosphere, the staff were okay, but the rooms… let me tell you when I say centipedes alive and dead everywhere, hair all over the washroom, unclean seats, the floors were stained with what looked and smelt like piss. The best part? Once I mentioned all these issues, they offered me a discounted next stay lol. I’d much rather a refund from this atrocious “inn”. In no way shape or form should they be hosting the public or offering...

"The Palms was a great place to stay. Very clean and good location. Had breakfast included and a great pool to hang out. On site bike rental made it easy to explore. One thing was the room we had was next to attic room and we heard kids running up and down stairs until past 11:00 so were up late and then early. Just a precaution. The property and rooms were great! Would stay here again."
