I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint. The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious.
