"Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area. "There a couple of towers at the hotel, as we'd booked the family suite, it's located at tower 4. There's buggy service however it's also just a couple of minutes walk to the main building. Room is clean & well-maintained. Bed was most comfortable. Suitable for family as it has an indoor-pool. Now the location of this hotel is slightly off from the theme park and you'll have to pay (RM5/way/person) for the shuttle between. Booking is recommended but not necessary.
