"Great stay at MO in KL. This was our first visit to the country and we have nothing but great things to say! Everything from check in to check out has been fab! We have enjoyed using the amenities and the location of the hotel is second to none!

"Je recommande à tous cet hôtel! Au 50e étage avec superbe vue sur les tours Pétronas. Lit très confortable. Service impeccable. Très bien situé. 2 superbes piscines. Seul petit bémol, le déjeuner est correct sans plus, mais pour le reste c'est un 10/10!"

"1. Loved the room & the view
2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability.
But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "
"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room.

"El alojamiento es perfecto con vistas a las petronas tanto desde la habitación como desde la piscina, muy amplio, muy limpio y con lavadora y detergente para poder limpiar ropa. El único pero que le pondría es el desayuno buffet que ofrecen que cuesta 9 euros por persona y no puede ser más escaso. "

"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
