She helped me converse with Da Nang city drivers and understand hotel policies. The rooftop pool was exceptional as well but that can be found in numerous hotels. "Very clean and well maintained hotel. Food was surprisingly good for a resort such that we stayed and dined in for dinner every night we were there. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very attentive. It is a small resort, so less facilities than a larger resort, but we were content with the facilities. Would be nice if there were more activities for children and if the kids club opened past 6pm. We will be back! "
