"The staff were very lovely. If you are a family, you need a Level room. They are very good. The beach is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. It’s an easy distance from the airport and the Marble Mountain is easy walking distance which was a really great way to spend a morning. "

"This is an amazing property, we added on 3 nights to our stay on the coast and so happy we chose the Sheraton. It was quiet and relaxing, the staff were friendly and professional, very attentive to our needs. The food we had at the beachside restaurant was delicious and the pool was a show stopper. We were sad to leave but was the perfect way to end our time in Vietnam."

"I’d say ‘don’t underestimate this property’…. Yes, it could do with some maintenance and it’s not busy, but we have ended up staying for almost 2 weeks…. The staff, the breakfasts, the pools and the room (6th floor facing the gardens, pools and sea) make this such a great place to stay. And we love that we can get a taxi quickly into the thick of Da Nang’s restaurants etc. Here, again, staff make it just happen! Love this place! Thanks!"

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were all amazing and we loved our spacious suite with our own private pool. We had a great time splashing in the waves on the pristine beach and were in awe of the stunning green hills surrounding the resort. It is in a tucked away location, but there were tours and shuttles available to guests, also plenty of activities on site. We were just happy to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery!"

"SOME OF THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOMS MIGHT NEED A CHANGE, THE BED IS TOO SOFT FOR MY LIKING, AND THE LOCK NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. BUT IN GENERAL I HAD A GREAT TIME, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, AND THE STAFF VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY."

"We stayed in the lagoon view villa and could bird watch from the pool deck. There were kingfishers, bee eaters, jacanas, egrets and many other birds that came around. The pool was delightful and the perfect temperature. Using the bikes to get around the resort was fun. The beach is huge with very few people."

"Ocean villas is a quiet relaxing stay which is outside of the hustle and bustle of Da Nang central but is reasonable close to it at 13kms. Facilities, rooms, pool and restaurant is modern and pleasant you won’t find anything lacking in this department. We had breakfast included which is a more than reasonable price and the food options were great. For lunch and dinner dining we did choose to venture into town which is a cheap $200,000 vnd ($13 aud) grab ride into town or had Food delivered via...

"Excellent resort with hospitable and very communicative staff. The resort was very clean. I booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Even had a washing machine which was very convenient. The beach area was also clean and while not completely private, it would be quite inconvenient of a walk to access the beach without going through the resort property, making it as good as a private beach."

"The resort is small in size (20-odd villas). Each villa is spacious and has it's private pool, kitchen (sparsely equipped) and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The whole resort can benefit from a spruce up. Overall we booked this as a shirt r&r in the mid of our Cambodia/Vietnam tour and it allowed us to get that. "

"This is our fourth visit to the hot springs resort. Our daughter enjoys the outdoor ateas particularly fhe dinosaur park and hot srpings. The food is fairly priced and decent. The staff are professional and friendly."
