"Nice place to stay. The rooms were pretty small but it worked for us! The pool area is great and staff were helpful and was close to the metro! The gym was small which is the only downside."

The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone looking to spend quality time in one of the best hotels in Singapore."

"The property is great and connected to a premium outlet. You can get up and walk and get premium brands for reasonable prices. The staff was friendly. I had room upgrade when I arrived, and the rooms were spacious. This feels like a luxury hotel at a fair price. I will stay here again if I come through Singapore for another layover."
