"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

The front desk manager told me that they had no other room available and promised to give a room upgrade next day, which she did. We enjoyed it. "Didn't expect to get such a great night stay at a studio. It was very clean, very spacious and all things came in handy! Only setback was that breakfast was packed food and some of them were not really nice (presentation was nice though). I would like to suggest to change vendor for nasi lemak and doughnut. "Very good location. MRT Conlay subway station 3 minutes walk. Large trendy shopping mall Pavilion, 12 min walk. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with view of Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom. "Very bad experience Although the staff was very nice But lots management and facility issue 1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time 2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast. Terribly overprice. Mamak breakfast so much better 3. Reception area so small. And only 3-5 workers handling check in check out. Not proportionate with high number of guests "
