Master room's toilet was choked unable to flush, even with the help of the maintenance staff still choked. No room cleaning service unless you inform them in advance.

The hotel is average comfortable considering the number of years it has been around. The facilities need upgrading especially the door lock which can be a security concern. Nonetheless, my stay is pleasant and comfy for me.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were not helpful. Towels were not changed and rooms were not cleaned. Rooms were dirty Carpet and floor not clean. The whole hotel should be closed and completely cleaned. Disgrace to the Copthorne name and Management

Lovely scenery with lots of flowers, friendly and helpful staff. Water quality needs to be improved as it s yellowish.

Disappointing stay
Hotel was run down, room smell moldy, the door don’t look secure, it seems to be like pry open several times. rusty water running down from all taps. Don’t even dare to shower or brush teeth. Toilet no floor map, no consider of safety. Don’t understand why it still keeps the status of 4 star hotel. Luckily was there for just 1 night, will not consider staying there again.
