Great location with good scenery. Staff are both attentive and friendly. Place is a bit old, should consider cleaning the patio by the restaurant as it was dirty and slippery. We availed the breakfast and it was very good. I’ll recommend this place for anyone who considers it.

Not the best one in Cameron Highland

Overall the location was good, just the it is rather old hotel which has lots of flies in the toilet, everything will need a refresh of the entire hotel. Does not look to me a 4* hotel

Spacious Room

Condition of room is good and spacious with good farm view. Room is clean except for the musty smell, however open up with the fan on helped to clear off quite quickly. Breakfast range is quite good.

The hotel enjoys a great location, just a short walking distance from Kea Farm Market, which makes it convenient for morning strolls and easy access to local produce and snacks. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, especially during the day, offering a true feel of the Cameron Highlands experience. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. Upon check-in, we noticed that the mugs in our room had visible stains, which was quite disappointing. Even after housekeeping came the next day, the stained mugs were not replaced or cleaned, indicating a lack of attention to basic hygiene and room upkeep. For the price paid, we had hoped for a higher standard of cleanliness and service. Overall, while the location is definitely a plus, the hotel needs to significantly improve its cleanliness and housekeeping standards to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.

Sadly, this wasn't a property we enjoyed staying at. Our first apartment was very smelly. This was due to all damp. The second was a little better but still not up to standards of a 2 star property let alone 4 star. We didn't stay in the main block and I think that may have been better. The local tourists seemed very pleased with everything. Perhaps it's our British expectations. I hate leaving negative reviews but I would not recommend this hotel unless it has a serious clean and upgrade. Breakfast was poor. The pool was very basic.

The only saving grace for this hotel was the staff were generally polite and they tried their best to provide good service. Hotel is too old and dated, cleanliness need to improve especially toilet. The hotel is noisy with many children running about and making a lot of noise during the day and even at night, so it’s not suitable for couples. Food quality was not good . It is not easy to get grab here. No shuttle service either so you have to either walk or rent vehicle in Cameron Highland. Coaches departing for Singapore do not want to pick you up at this hotel and will request you to walk to the roadside below the hotel.

The room is absolutely terrible, super dirty, i didnt even dare to take a shower. the bedsheets are stained, the bathroom is mouldy. And room is super dirty. Dont think it is even a 2 star hotel.

Average and comfortable stay

The hotel is average comfortable considering the number of years it has been around. The facilities need upgrading especially the door lock which can be a security concern. Nonetheless, my stay is pleasant and comfy for me.
