"The location is good . It near to a lot of place , like telok cempedak, shopping mall , satezul also . Staff is friendly and willing to help . Breakfast is quite simple . I bought 3 days breakfast before I check in . But just eat 1day as it really simple . Con : this is my 1st time that we must ask for room make up , otherwise they will not make up your room automatic . "

"Parking aras bawah sekali busuk gila. Piping bocor dan dibiarkan sahaja. 3 hari kami di sana 3 hari menghadap parking busuk nak mati. Bau loji"

"Very bad experience Although the staff was very nice But lots management and facility issue 1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time 2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast. Terribly overprice. Mamak breakfast so much better 3. Reception area so small. And only 3-5 workers handling check in check out. Not proportionate with high number of guests "

"Eating in the restaurant is not good. Also for dinner restaurants only open from 7pm is not considerate for those who want to have early dinner. Quality of ingredients can be better especially the fruits quality is so bad considering in Cameron Highkabds "
