"Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !"

Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"Hotel smelled nice upon entering but our room was not able to be checked in until 1730 hours when it was scheduled for 1500 hours. Once inside the room, my two twin bed room was set up as one full bed and their were items left behind from other guests that was not cleaned. Staff was nice. Especially Habib in the bar area. Location was also excellent which is the only reason I would return."

"Es hat mich gefreut, dass ich am Anreisetag schon um 12:30 Uhr einchecken konnte. Pluspunkte des Hotels sind die kostenlose Tiefgarage, kostenfreies Trinkwasser im Haus, das moderne Badezimmer (Dusche, WC mit Bidetfunktion), sehr gutes Frühstück. Pool und Fitnessbereich habe ich nicht genutzt."

Would recommend A few more basic amenities like a mini fridge and table, along with deeper cleaning/maintenance would be good for the price. Found the bunk bed to be quite uncomfortable but I’m particular about needing a soft mattress"
