"My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. Staff was excellent. Complimentary coffee (with a to-go option) in the Club Lounge every day. "Our stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was excellent from start to finish. The check in staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. The room was ready despite us arriving before the check in time. Whilst the room was on the small side, with a view of a brick wall, it was perfectly functional and very clean. We didn't dine in the hotel but we did use both bars and found the staff very friendly and engaging with a depth of knowledge of the drinks menu. The hotel is in a very central position. Would highly recommend"
