"Tout était extra (emplacement, chambre, spa, repas et cocktails du bar) mais le vrai plus a été l'accueil et toutes les attentions du personnel. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Et c'est très réussi !"

"A truly unique and memorable stay. The ice sculptures are stunning and create an incredible atmosphere, and it’s a great spot for seeing the aurora if conditions are right. Just note that half board dinner in the ice hotel requires an upgrade fee, and you’ll need a car or shuttle to get there as there’s no public transport. Definitely a one-of-a-kind experience."

"Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Zimmer war ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert und daran hat sich auch nach Reklamation nichts geändert. Das Personal war freundlich."

"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout. One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay which created long queue lines during breakfast and checkout time. There was a good assortment of continental breakfast items but the hot items were lukewarm and the multi-function espresso/coffee...

"I was disappointed about the spa services and no communication was offered. The steam and sauna rooms were not working. I was given a voucher which I used but it didn't benefit me because nothing was working. The receptionist didn't inform anyone about the facilities not working."
