"Had a great stay, staff made it extra special, especially the gentlemen by the entrance. Always very welcoming and supportive. Only thing missing was a better view as we had suites facing the back and not Hyde Park."

"Room was disappointing. Looks too dated and bathroom tv does not work. A technician came and tried to fix it but could not. Not his fault he was really helpful. Its just old. Also the TV is now just free tv channels no other extra channels. We've been staying for year at this hotel several times over the years but i guess it does need refurbishing and the price does not seem to be value"
