convenient location, < 1 km, 5 mnt, walk from broadbeach south bus station. Room is large, complete with bar fridge, microwave and kitchenette. Large and comfortable bed with good sea view and sunrise. A lot of restaurants around and cafe for morning coffee. The property is very clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful.
