"We stayed in 4 other hotels during our adventures on Vancouver Island and the Fairmont was the best for Cleanliness, helpful staff, bed comfort and amenities. It costs equivalent to a neighbouring property that we found disappointing. Walk to pretty much everything you want from here and the grounds are pretty."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean, modern rooms. Only critique is breakfast in hotel's restaurant could use more waiters; it was very busy and waiters couldn't keep up so service was slow."

"Near the cruise terminal"

"Really nice option as a good place to stay. I mean, it wasn’t the four seasons….but that wasn’t what we wanted. Was more than open to us who were there to mountain bike. Took care of my family and my bike. Places to park my truck without worry. Good amenities in the room (though I’d probably like a microwave added). Everything is walking distance away. Was a place that I have decided we will stay at next time we go to whistler. "

"The hotel was well situated, clean and organised. It was also very community oriented and environmentally conscious. The staff were wonderful, pleasant and happy to help. The kitchens in the hotel were excellent in helping the budget. Would recommend to anyone. "
