The staff were excellent, the rooms are dated and the beds were bit lumpy. The bathtub is very high for older people to step into and there are no grab handles to help them get in and out. Access in and out of the property was very easy with multiple doors in both the south wing and north wing.

The location and staff were excellent. Our room was awesome, nice patio, great outlook. We extended an extra night it was so perfect. If you're in Whistler for a pool, no doubt there are better options but if friendly professional staff, a convenient location and a super comfy room are your priorities then Crystal Lodge is the place to be.
